What is an eye-line?
An eye-line is a position that you hold with your eyes, for what ever it is you’re looking at, just maintain it. Whether you choose to look down the barrel of the lens, or to the side, just maintain your eye line, as opposed to looking in multiple directions. Choose an eye line, and stick with it for the whole self-tape. Casting Directors like to see certainty in your eyes & maintaining a strong eye-line, is a great start.
