You have to have a message to share. Without a message to share, the self-tape or casting is unfortunately pointless. Why would a Casting Director want the message we have to share if the message we’re sharing isn’t energised, motivated, inspiring or engaging? Even if we are all of these things, there still isn’t a single guarantee of booking the gig, so, it’s in our very best interests to give the Casting Director something they will remember.
