What are KPI’s?
Key Performance Indicators help us keep track of how many numbers it takes to achieve an average or a task. For cast, how many self tapes can lead to a booking? For crew, how many production briefs can lead to a commercial campaign? By keeping track of the numbers we perform, we get improved performance which in turn helps to reduce our KPI’s. One booking out of three is a good KPI to aim for.
